1. What you are buying

The SKUHarbor Toolkit is a downloadable product containing an offline browser calculator, an Excel workbook and instructions. The version and included features shown on the product page at checkout form part of your purchase. Tools help estimate product profit, compare products, test scenarios, plan pricing, advertising, bundles and inventory, and understand common marketplace fees.

2. Price and payment

The launch price is US$39.99 as a one-time payment, plus any applicable taxes displayed before payment. There are no subscription fees or automatic renewals. The checkout provider is Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms). Your receipt will identify the merchant taking payment. The checkout provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.

3. Delivery and compatibility

After successful payment, you will receive access to the download through Lemon Squeezy’s checkout confirmation and purchase email. Contact support@skuharbor.biz if access does not arrive or the file cannot be downloaded. Extract the ZIP before opening SKUHarbor.html. Keep the HTML file and workbook in the same folder to use the workbook link.

The browser calculator runs locally on your device. Official fee links require internet. The Excel workbook requires compatible spreadsheet software, which is not included. Use a modern browser for the HTML toolkit and compatible spreadsheet software for the workbook. No specific browser or spreadsheet version certification is represented. Browser project files and Excel files work independently and do not synchronize. Save your browser project before closing the page and keep your own backups.

4. Download license

Your purchase gives the purchasing individual or business a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased version for its own internal business planning, without a time limit, subject to these terms. You may use it on your own devices, keep backup copies, and let employees or contractors working for the same purchasing business use it for that business’s work. You may modify your own working copies and export or share your calculated results.

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, upload or give the toolkit files to unrelated people or businesses, including through shared download links. You may not offer the toolkit as a competing product, hosted service or client-facing calculator, or remove ownership notices from redistributed copies. Client-service, redistribution and other commercial licensing require separate written permission. Restrictions do not override rights that applicable law gives you.

You own the business data you enter and the results you save. SKUHarbor retains its rights in its original software, workbook design, documentation and branding. If you receive a refund, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the toolkit and working copies; you may retain your own underlying business records and exported results.

5. Updates and support

The purchase covers the version delivered to you. It does not promise permanent online access, cloud storage, lifetime support, all future tools or ongoing updates. Future versions may be offered separately unless expressly included in the offer at purchase. Your downloaded licensed version remains usable without a subscription.

Support addresses access problems, instructions and reproducible product defects. Custom financial analysis, marketplace management, installation of spreadsheet software and tailored consulting are not included. Email support@skuharbor.biz with your order reference and a description of the issue. Avoid sending confidential product data unless it is necessary; remove unrelated information from screenshots or sample files.

6. Planning estimates and marketplace guidance

Results depend on the information you enter and the assumptions described in each tool. They are not a promise of profit, ad performance, ranking, inventory availability or avoidance of stockouts. Fees, fulfillment charges, lead times and conversion rates can change. The fee guide is a dated U.S. reference, not a live platform fee feed. Check official schedules and your account’s applicable charges before acting.

The toolkit is not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. Review important business decisions against your records and current platform information. Amazon, Walmart and Etsy do not sponsor or endorse SKUHarbor.

7. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@skuharbor.biz with your order reference and purchase email. No explanation is required. Downloading or opening the toolkit does not remove this voluntary 14-day offer.

We will also address duplicate charges, failed delivery and material defects. Contact us so we can correct the issue or provide a refund when appropriate. The voluntary 14-day window does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable law, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital products.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We do not charge a refund administration fee. A full refund includes taxes we collected on that purchase, subject to the checkout provider’s applicable tax-refund process. After a refund, the license ends as described above. You do not need to waive payment-dispute rights to request support.

8. Problems, responsibility and changes

If the toolkit does not match its description or has a reproducible calculation defect, contact us with the affected version and inputs. We will review the issue and seek an appropriate correction, replacement or refund, consistent with your legal rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SKUHarbor is not responsible for indirect business losses, lost profits or marketplace penalties resulting from business decisions made with the toolkit. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for fraud or other nonexcludable conduct. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Terms applicable to your purchase are those presented at checkout. Later changes do not retroactively remove your purchased license or refund rights. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

9. Agreement and contact

By purchasing after being given the opportunity to review these terms, you agree to them to the extent applicable law permits. This agreement does not treat privacy consent or optional marketing consent as a condition of purchase unless legally necessary.
